Hello again all! I know it has been a little while since I last posted and, to tell you the truth, I just needed a little blog vacation. It was starting to feel a little less like a hobby and a little more like a chore to post all of the sudden, and I knew it was time for a break. After taking this time for myself, I am fully ready to jump back into it full force, and I have an amazing outfit to share with you all today!
I recently discovered Ro & De Noir; a chic and sophisticated company specializing in beautiful classic pieces that focuses on a strong, artful approach to clothing. I was completely swooning over their entire 2015 collection, but I have to say that this Renee Jacket was my absolute favorite piece. Its actually more of a cape/vest combo then a jacket, which is why I love it so much. Its an on-trend twist on the traditional black blazer that takes your look from classic, to unexpected. I paired it with a silk white top and high waisted back paints for a tuxedo style vibe. I think this would be a fun outfit for a holiday party. Dresses are so expected, but this outfit is just as appropriate and perfect for those more comfortable in pants. I hope you enjoy this black and white look and it inspires you to step out of the box a bit!
