Tasty Tuesday: Roasted Asparagus

Hello again lovelies! I have another recipe for you today that my bestie Rachel made for us all as a part of our Easter dinner inspired by an Ina Garten recipe. It is a pretty simple veggie dish, but it is a delicious part to any summer meal. The brightness of the lemon juice brings out the flavors of the roasted asparagus making it the perfect side. I hope you enjoy this dish!

Roasted Asparagus With Lemon



  •  2 pounds of fresh asparagus
  • lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Snap the tough ends of your asparagus. Toss your veggies with the olive oil, salt, and pepper and arrange on the baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the asparagus are tender but still crisp. Remove from the heat and finish with lemon juice. Serve and enjoy!
