Meals For Monday: Raspberry Greek Yogurt Smoothie



Hey all and happy Monday! I wanted to share with you today a quick and easy dessert the Hubs and I made the other night in an effort to be a little healthy. I love Greek yogurt and mixing it with frozen fruit is just heaven. Its like making your own fro yo smoothie at home! I used stevia so that it was still very low cal and low carb and I think they came out delicious. I hope you enjoy this healthy treat!


Frozen Raspberry Greek Yogurt Smoothie 

 

 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt 
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries 
  • 2 teaspoons of stevia (or another sweetener)
  • 2 ice cubes
  • Almond milk to thin it out (about 1/2 - 1 cup) 

 

 Directions:

Place all ingredients but almond milk into your Vitamix (or a blender). Start on a low speed and quickly go up to high. Pour in the almond milk slowly until all ingredients thoroughly combine. Serve and enjoy!
