Tasty Tuesday: Brown Sugar and Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin in theSlow Cooker

Hey guys! Happy Tasty Tuesday! I wanted to share with you a recipe I made the other night. It was inspired by a recipe from C+C Marriage Factory that I thought sounded delicious. I added a bit more sauce and garlic, because I felt it came out a bit dry the first time. Also, it helps to shred the pork and add the sauce for more flavor and juiciness. I hope you enjoy this simple crockpot meal!.

Brown Sugar and Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin In The Slow Cooker

 Ingredients For Pork:

  • 2 pounds of pork tenderloin
  • 1 teaspoon of dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • 3 large garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup of water

 Ingredients For Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

Mix together the sage, salt, pepper, and garlic and rub over the tenderloin. Add to your crockpot along with the water and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove the cooked pork and shred. Add the brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, water, and soy sauce to a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook until sauce thickens and our over the pork. Mix, serve and enjoy!
